Hello everyone,

We still have some orders pending from the following countries the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, and Brazil. Customs documentation got complicated and is taking longer than expected. Sandsara is classified as a highly sensitive product in these countries because of the white sand. We expect to finish all these orders in about two weeks. If you are from any of these countries and have not received updates about your order, please reach us at [email protected]

Replacements

The last batch of Sandsara (plus some extras) is ready for fulfillment.

We’ve focused on a second inspection of every unit before sending replacements to avoid any possible issues; now, all the units shall leave the Chinese port by Monday. Remember, if you think your unit is not working as expected, please reach us at [email protected] with a one-minute video to solve your issue as fast as possible. 

We tested and reviewed every Sandsara for the last batch.

A big thanks to all the backers who helped us open their Sandsara to resolve their issues; this helps us notice all the possible errors that could arise during regular use. We improve our assembly process and correct the quality testing for future batches.

All these new orders will take between four and eight weeks for fulfillment once we have the information.

Sandsara App 

Starting next week, we are entirely focused on delivering the new version of the Sandsara app. By April 14th, we will launch the new version for Android, as it is the platform with more bugs. One week later, we will launch the renovated iOS version. 

Next stage

Many backers asked about our retail stage to order more sand, add the stand, or even another Sandsara. We are working on the launch of our online store, plus the next steps for the Sandsara project. Hi everyone, 

US-CA replacements: We had a delay in the stock for these units. So we will send replacements by late March. On good news, our final count of faulty units was below 5%, suitable for a first-round production. Thanks to the backers who help us understand your problem; this is valuable for the next production batch.

For some US backers, we send an email to return your unit as we see an opportunity to solve your issue; that way, you don’t have to wait until late march.

We still have some UK, CH, and NO orders pending. Customs asked us for further information for some backers, and others needed more information because of problems with the logistic platform. We are asking for further information for our backers and solving all the customs requirements. If you are from any of these countries and have not received updates about your order, please reach us at [email protected]

There were some returns in Japanese, HK, and Chinese orders. We are awaiting the new tracking numbers after confirming the addresses. If you are in these countries and are still waiting to receive any information about your order, reach us at [email protected]

All the Brazilian orders were rejected by the customs there. We are reviewing all the requirements to solve this as soon as possible. We will send the new tracking numbers once we are sure that we have all the information required by the customs of that country.

Please read the instructions carefully, as it is a manual way to do it. We expect to launch the new App version by mid-March, making this process easier.

Hello everyone, 

Here is the latest news for the final orders.

We delivered the last US and Canadian batches; now, we are solving replacements and lost units. 

For the European orders, we have uploaded most tracking numbers from this batch; we are only waiting to receive the tracking numbers from 2 countries: Norway and Switzerland. We expect to get tracking numbers for these orders within this month. 

The UK orders are expected to be fulfilled within the next two weeks; we must submit documentation to avoid delivery problems. Our team is fully working on this to complete everything as soon as possible. 

The second Australian and New Zealand batch has been processed; we will update the last tracking this week. 

We finished the fulfillment of Asian orders, except for China and some for HK; they are finishing their custom process. We sent notifications to the backers who needed to complete any step. If you did not receive your unit or any shipping notification, please reach us at: [email protected] 

The Chinese orders and some countries of the rest of the world should be fulfilled after the Chinese New Year (January 22 - February 6th). Those are in the warehouse now, but we could only reach the deadline to be processed after the holidays dates. 

New orders will take around 10 weeks to be fulfilled!

Hello everyone, 

The US container reached the port this week and is going through customs clearance; we expect to share tracking numbers by Dec 16th. A before-holiday delivery is tight but feasible. 

The train for Europe and the UK was cleared. It arrived at the Poland warehouse this week to start individual processing. We will share tracking numbers by Dec 12th with the European backers, which is in order for a pre-Holidays delivery. For the UK, it will take a little longer as We will send it into a consolidated batch to a warehouse there; tracking numbers will be available by Dec 22th, so delivery before the Holidays is not viable. 

Above 600 Sandsara in our Poland WH.

For the second batch of Australia and New Zealand, there was a weather delay in the container; the current ETA to the port is Dec 15th. Considering customs and pick & pack processes, delivery before the Holidays looks tight. 

We finished the fulfillment for all the Asian orders, and some are finishing their custom process. Still, we sent notifications to the backers that needed to complete any step about this. If you did not receive your unit or any shipping notification, please reach us at: [email protected] 

There is a slight delay for the extra sand for some orders, so we expect to complete this process soon. 

We will start fulfillment from our WH in China this week for the rest of the countries. 

Indiegogo is still open for new orders, we will update the delivery date for these rewards since we are taking 8 weeks to fulfill them. This will not affect the times of previous orders.

Hi everyone, 

 

The container to the US was delayed because of weather problems, so it was held near Japan for about one week. The current ETA to the port is Nov 14th, but don’t worry; all the orders are safe. 

 

Unfortunately, address changes for the US are impossible at this point; if you wish to make any changes, you can contact the courier with your tracking number. They will be able to help you change your order´s last address. 

 

The batch for the EU and the UK is traveling by train to Germany, once there, the orders will be processed individually, and you will receive tracking numbers. You will receive the numbers by about Nov 26th. 

 

The batch to NZ and Australia is being loaded. It will depart from China on Nov 10th and arrive at the Australian port three weeks later. So you will receive individual tracking numbers by Dec 5th. 

 

The orders will be dispatched directly from our WH in China for the rest of the countries. We sent a small batch now, but I’m awaiting the tracking numbers of those orders. If everything goes well, we will send the rest. The main concern is the sand at the moment. Even after all the documentation, we had custom problems with four units going to Hong Kong, so we decided to send everything in batches.
